Recovering a clock
On occasion it may be necessary to recover punches at your clock. To Recover your clock:
- Select Clocks from the navigation list.
- A slide out menu will appear, select Manage Clocks.
- Select the clock you wish to work with from the list.
- At the top, select Manage Clock.
- Select Recover Punches.
- Depending on the amount of data and the speed of your connection, it may take up to an hour for this process to complete.
