Recovering a clock

 

On occasion it may be necessary to recover punches at your clock. To Recover your clock:

  1. Select Clocks from the navigation list.
  2. A slide out menu will appear, select Manage Clocks.
  3. Select the clock you wish to work with from the list.
  4. At the top, select Manage Clock.
  5. Select Recover Punches.
  6. Depending on the amount of data and the speed of your connection, it may take up to an hour for this process to complete.
